Chequered Flag is a team building activity that creates a fantastic buzz in your teams as they design, build and race their own kart.

This Formula 1 type team building activity is unique because you’re given a solid chassis to build onto and it’s safe because it’s pedal powered not motorised. Because there are so many different roles to play in this team building activity everyone gets involved. Roles are similar to the real Grand Prix – sponsorship, design, race tactics, mechanics and of course drivers. It’s a real team effort and everyone needs to take part for your team to be successful.

The Chequered Flag team building activity was designed and delivered by Bluehat UK for 300 participants from a pharmaceutical client in May 2004 and formed part of the Bluehat UK entry that was highly commended for Team Building Company of the Year 2004.
